BloomNation Referral Offer Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This referral offer is open to all existing BloomNation (BN) partners in good standing.
- Referral Bonus: When an existing partner refers a new partner to BloomNation, and the new partner’s website launches, the referring partner will receive a $150 credit towards BN services. This credit will be applied to the referring partner’s account 30 days after the new partner’s website goes live.
- New Partner Bonus: New partners who sign a contract with BloomNation as a result of a referral will immediately receive a $150 credit towards BN services.
- Usage of Credits: Credits are non-transferable and can only be used towards BloomNation services. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
- Contest Period: The contest will begin on 10/3/23 and end on 12/31/23.
- Contest Prize: The existing BN partner with the highest number of successful referrals during the contest period will be featured on the BloomNation marketplace for 1 month. The referrals need to have launched their websites with BloomNation by 12/31/23. The feature month will be determined by BloomNation and communicated to the winning partner.
- Tie-breakers: In the event of a tie for the highest number of referrals, BloomNation will choose the winner based on the earliest date the tied partners reached the tied number of referrals.
- Validation: BloomNation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referring and referred partners. Referrals found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms will be disqualified, and any credits awarded will be revoked.
- Modification & Termination: BloomNation reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this referral offer and contest at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the BloomNation referral offer and contest, participants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of BloomNation’s Terms of Service.
